COVID Guidelines
Please observe and adhere to the following social distancing guidelines. If any of these are not followed, we will not be able to provide services to you and your pet. The following steps will ensure safety, but will also take longer than usual. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
Masks are required to enter our premises
- Do not enter building until an associate has instructed you to do so. One client will be allowed inside at a time in order to ensure safe distances are met.
- Once instructed to, you may enter the lobby with your pet and placve pet in provided kennel.
- You must take their leash, collar, harnesses, etc. with you. We do have slip on leads to use if you do not have one.
- Discuss grooming instructions with groomer.
- Once your pet’s grooming is complete, you will be called. Credit card payment must be made at this time. You must also specify at this time if and how much gratuity you would like to leave your groomer. Otherwise, you may pay by exact amount in cash or check in an envelope. Change will not be given for cash.
- Because of this unprecedented time, many dogs will be matted and likely need to be shaved. Additional charges are to be expected if your dog is matted.
- We are not accepting any aggressive dogs at this time.
